You can request a prescription in several ways;
1. Tick the items you require on the order slip printed with your previous prescription and hand in at reception, or post in the greenbox in the waiting room, or send by post.
2. Order over the internet ( you will need to register for this at the surgery first and be allocated a password).
3.Please only order by phone if you are unable to use one of the methods above. Please phone 01291 689355 between 11 am and 3 pm.
Medication will be ready for collection after 2 working days
Wye Dean Practice is a dispensing practice and is able to dispense to most of our patients. This means you can collect your medication directly from the surgery.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
Urgent medication – to obtain urgent medication outside of surgery hours you can contact the Gwent Out of Hours Service on 01633 744285 who will be able to give you further advice.
